Heater only blows worm air not hot

Check these three possibilities: One, car has a bad thermostat. Two: Car has a bad heater control valve and three: Car has a vac leak under the dash that controls the heater Flap Valve. If this flapper isn't closed completely, cool outside air mixes with the warm inside (recirculating) air and cause a lukewarm air mixture at the vents.

Heater on my 05 Grand Caravan blows cold air when below 30 degrees - above 30 works fine. Heat gauge shows normal so it shouldn't be thermostat. Checked coolant and it is fine.

just because the gauge seems normal doesnt mean the thermostat is good, its 5 years old,and may be opening to soon, i would start by having the t-stat replaced and while thats being done have the cooling system flushed including a flush off the heatercore. i ve worked on a couple of these vans with heating problems, most were low on coolant due to a slow waterpup leak, the others with half plugged heatercores, due to the lack of coolant flushes. hope this helps.

Running hot with no heat coming out of interior vents it has coollant what to do next i have already put on a new thermostatand yes the fan is working

if running dexcool coolant...may be clogged...dexcool muds up after a while and will clog heatercore and possibly radiator...run some flush product through and replace coolant...not always possible to completely flush out heater core without pulling heater core lines loose and flushing them directly

It does'nt heat ,I flushed heatercore, chaged thermostat, bled the radiator, car does'nt overheat. hoses to heatercore by firewall are cold other hoses are hot.

Need to check the valve that opens and closes the heater hoses and allows the water to travel to/thru the heater core. 1992 Chevrolet Beretta 2.2L SFI OHV 4cyl The Temperature Switch is located: Under hood, center, upper engine area, next to water outlet, driver side of block, mounted below coolant temperature sensor

Poor heat output motor runs cold

Check the hoses going to inlet and outlet to heater core. You may have accidentaly hooked them up backwards since you said you flushed the heater core out. Also did the barsleak have the aluminum filings in it?
