First of all check if the coil has continuity in the wire , if open then there is open condition.
If not trace the wires from the coils to the relay unit ,if voltage is present at the relay then it must go to the rear or the wire is faulty.
So tracing is the hard work , to identify colour and see if the wiring harness has an issue.
Use a multimeter to race the voltage, make sure the ground is also coming to the coil to complete the circuit .

My 2000 Monte Carlo ss AC,Temp gauge and rear defrost stopped working. One day they all worked again, now All three not working. Is there some common connection between these systems?

I think they are controlled by a relay or circuit breaker type of fuse. In this cases replace the appropriate components simply look in owners manual and find which one it is.

Low beam fuse on 2005 monte Carlo p

If you have one, it is under the hood. Passenger side in the fuse/relay panel. The panel is marked for the fuses. If it just says head lamp fuse. You will have to replace the turn signal switch. All the outside lights run through it, except the third light in the rear window.

Rear window defroster not working

Your Monte Carlo uses the rear defogger grid as a radio antenna but the two circuits are not supposed to interact. The defogger circuit receives power input from several sources, including the A/C CRUISE FUSE in the left I/P junction block, the load management control circuit in the BCM, and the RT IP 3 FUSE in the bottom of the underhood junction block so you can see how the current drain of the defogger could affect dash illumination and engine idle.

With regard to your driver's side seat heater issue, it draws power through the LH HTD ST/BCM fuse but the problem could be a defective switch, relay, or the heating elements themselves.

Dash lights, lighter, & rear defroster wont work on my 2002 monte carlo ss

Have you checked your fuses? You could have an electrical issue also. If the fuses are good, you need to check your wiring harness for these parts.

there's a 60 amp fuse in the lower fuse box under the hood, there's also a relay in the passenger side fuse panel behind the door and a breaker but the breaker is difficult to open up. check your plugs in your rear defrost screen first, the top is for the antenna but the other two are for the defrost make sure they're not rusty.

Right turn signal doesn't work.

the next step and almost certainly the problem is the turn signal switch, have seen this symptom on other years around yours and switch fixed it.

Where is the headlight relay on a 2005 monte carlo

I found the relay behind the drivers side fuse box. There is a plastic clip on the top of the box that must be depressed while you slide the entire fuse box out. It is on the backside toward the front of the vehicle. This was on the 2000. Good luck
