Try lubricating all the side channels where the windows are guided up and down with a spray white lithium grease. if that doesn't greatly improve the situation, you will want to remove the door panels and lubricate the entire apparatus. if you don't get the windows to raise with less effort, it will just be a matter of time before the high amperage draw the drag is creating will cause the relays and/or switches to fail. even worse, it the regulators or motors fail those repairs will prove very costly. good luck...
