You can test the heater circuit of the sensor with an multi meter it should show resistance if it is open circuit you need to replace the sensor

Are we a little confused?
Do you have codes,suggesting an O2 Sensor on Bank 1,has a failed heater?
Have it tested with a scanner, at a repair shop,don't have it replaced, based on just a code. Code doesn't tell you what to replace.

Hello! Bank 1=Left bank...Bank 2=Right bank...Looking from the transmission side..towards the drive belt side...Left bank=left...right bank=right...Sensor #2 is located behind the cat...

check the mass air flow sensor there maybe dirt on the filiment inside the sensor causing false readings. cleaning or replacing it may make the codes go away.

Above is the sensor itself on an 03 Avalon.
If the heater circuit has no activity check the relay located inside the engine room junction box JB shown below.
