1998 Buick Park Ave fuel supply line to injectors leaking at plastic coupling - Do I need to replace whole line from gas tank to injectors?

Thank goodness you will not have to. Your local parts stores sell a repair line and couplers for the high pressure fuel line. Which is relatively cheap comparing it to replacing the whole fuel line. Repair is straight forward and instructions come with it in case you run into issues.
