A bad belt maybe, try silicon gel not spray. check for a bad pulley, or alternator, power steering or idler.
Take belt of and spin each pulley by hand and see if its stiff or make noise. if you find one this way repalce it.

Is it my belt?

That could be a belt.. it is typical for that to happen when the belt is warn out a bit and/or sretched.. Inspect the belt(s) for ware, cracks and tention.. If the belt(s) is warn - it would not hurt to replece it/them..
Just might solve it...

Drive belt squeels, 96 Plymouth Breeze 2.4L

Could be your altenator is going out? you can spray soap on the belt to make the squeel stop but you ge the altenator check. Most auto parts stores can check it for you with out having to remove it.

Squeels at start for first two seconds

The squeeling could be from a worn belt or if oil drips on belt overnight. Replace the belt first to see if that fixes it.Good luck.
