mybe nothing, you could replace oil & filter, gas if you can, as gas gets old setting that long, check to see if it had antifreez, and replace. with only 16,000 miles and in a grage tires and hoses should still be ok. look to see if there apears to be any cracks, also the belts.

You need to clear the signal from the display. When it flashes low tire, is it from the same place as the trip odometer? If so, hold in button untill light turns off, or says reset

1996 honda accord 2.3 with dtc 1708

Hi:
All of the Honda trouble codes that start with 1700 are related to the transmission. You didn't mention if you have any driveability issues, but there isn't much a home mechanic can do to the transmission, other than check the level of the fluid.

The cross member must be replaced. The frame is probably not bent, unless you were going 50 mph or so. It could be straightened in any event. Not knowing the make & model also makes this a tough question to accurately answer.

FIRST I HAVE A CODE OF P2A00 AND TIRE INFLATE

Rickbarfuss,

The PA200 code is for a front A/F sensor, not an O2 sensor. This is a fairly accurate code and I am 99.99% sure that if you simply clear the code, it will come back. Is the car out of warranty?

The tire light will not go out on its own if the tire went really low. There are two codes the low tire pressure warning system can set and they are low tire and flat tire. The low tire code will go away once the pressure is corrected, the flat tire code has to be cleared with the computer at the dealership.
