Ran out of gas in 2003 trailblazer runs rough ever since and poor fuel milage

I show a fuel filter for the 8 cyl engine so I assume there is one for the 6 cyl too. Around 2004 or 2005 GM stopped using replaceable filters.
I would start with replacing the filter and running a few cans of injector cleaner thru the gas. You may have picked up some dirt from the bottom of the tank.

Service emission sys warning message on ford Mercury Mariner 4DW 2005

Injector Cleaner is not in any owners manual

It is a few onces in many gallons of gas & does nothing

Check for codes & have the car diagnosed --as with any and
all issue from the past on any vehicle

If you over fill it you can get fuel into the evap canister

I have a 1983 porsche 944 when I start it up in the morning it Idles at 1800 rpm and when I put it in drive it drops down to 1100 rpms and kinda runs rough any solutions to this

check engine light? If not add injector cleaner to a full tank of hightest. if that dosn't work do a complete tun up. also look for cracked or collapsed vacume hoses. keep in mind there are also vac hoses aroudd the gas tank area.

My 1991 olds mobile cutlass calais wont start, after I added fuel injector cleaner because, the car was having hesistating problems below 25 miles an hour and it might of been a spark plug problem or fuel...

When you chaged the air filter & sprayed Gumout carb cleaner, you got rid of a little gunk in the
air intake, but when you added the fuel injector cleaner (its the same stuff as carburator cleaner) to the fuel tank, you "cleaned out" ALL the ****/gunk/buildup/dirt in the fuel system which has built up since 1991 and sent it straight to the fuel filter, which is now clogged. The reason that the car tries to start, but fails, is that it'll successfully burn up any fuel that gets past the clogged fuel filter, but the engine consumes that small amount of gasoline quickly, then dies.
Your solution: change the fuel filter.
The fuel filter is located:
Under vehicle, driver side, below seating area, near fuel tank, mounted on frame rail in fuel line

Having a wide range mpg from 16 to 20 with same gas and same driving cond.

Doubtful if you will ever get exactly the same mpg as there is always some variation.
Things that can affect it are weather conditions (air density, humidity, temp and even wind). People don't realize that the fuel you buy, even if its from the same exact pump is not always exactly the same. Fuel quality varies with each new delivery as often manufacturers share product right at the terminal where the truck loads. (it works both ways....I once ran a shop with gas out front and at least once a month we were selling "super" from the "regular" pumps because the terminal was short on regular.) This is especially true with smaller companies that don't have their own refineries. You may also be off when filling up by a gallon or so just by changing the direction where you park at the pump as the angle of the tank will change.
You can add injector cleaner to make sure that there are no changes in the injector spray patterns. I use 3oz of acetone per 10 gallons of fuel and it works just fine. Most over the counter cleaners work well too. Also, do the calculations yourself. If you are relying on the ones installed in vehicles, they often aren't very accurate.

Car keeps shutting off while driving. We have changed fuel filter twice worked good for a couple of days and then started again. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Fuel filter is the best place to start but sometimes the fuel pump can cut out intermittently as well and it is also possible that your injectors are gummed up. Perhaps a higher grade of fuel might make a difference or fuel injector cleaner once a month when you fill your tank might help if it is an injector issue.
I am not certain how to tell if the fuel pump is intermittently cutting out other than eliminating other reasonable possibilities. I had that happen to me and like you I changed the fuel filter and ran injector cleaner through my tank and still had the problem. I dropped the tank and replaced the pump and it ran great afterward.

What is the mpg for 84 olds delta 88 royale brougham

Hard to say on a older car such as this. If running well and healthly it should receive around 16 to 18 highway miles per gallon

Why does my 1994 Honda Accord EX use to get 35-40 mpg and now gets 28 and down to 22 mpg?

Very often, sharply reduced mpg is caused by clogged or clogging fuel injectors. There are other possibilities, of course, but I would start by getting a good add-to-the-gas injector cleaner to see if that will make a difference. If it does (after a few days of running with it in the tank), you might consider having the injectors cleaned (many shops can do it without removing them from the car) more thoroughly.
Hope this is helpful.
