no. there are some kits available to "polish" them and they may look good for a few months, but the real fix is to replace them.

SOURCE: i can't figure out how
If you're trying to replace the bulb, you do it from the back of the headlight. Squeeze the lock and turn the socket, and pull it out. If you're trying to replace the glass, i don't think you can. They are a sealed unit.

i just noticed that my low beams are out and the only thing working is the right front high beam for light so i can see at night. I bought new bulbls and replaced them. I bought new fuse's and replaced them too. i checked the wires to see if i was getting any voltage and the multi-meter only read 1 and now i am so lost i dont know what to do.

The right side isn't as tough as the left side light. In all honesty, I actually did this in the dark. Take a flashlight and place it facing the back of the light, from there remove the rubber cap and light cable. The clip that hold the light in place is the tricky part as the manual is completely backwards. As I recall, you have to push the clip back towards the light, and then down and it should disengage and you can pull the light out. DO NOT do what I did and throw the black plastic part attached to the ligth away! Remove that from the buld and place the new one in it. From there, just put it all back together. Let me know if this helps!
