I have a 2004 trailblazer and i am having a bad chirping noise from the belt and pulley area.I poured some water on the chirping stopped. is this a sign that the belt is the problem

Replacing the belt is the least expensive thing you can do to fix a belt chirp. I think the belt is around $30-$40 if I recall and takes just 5-10 minutes to swap out. Otherwise, you're looking at a pulley problem, or waterpump starting to go out, or the belt tensioner and so on....

Possible leak in power steering system and bad power steering pump, already replaced pump once. high pitch wine while accelerating still there.

did you use the same pulley on the pump? sometimes a glaze forms on the contact surface for the belt. use 400 grit sandpaper to remove any glazing. also the belt may be glazed from the old pump being bad. maybe even contaminated with oil. remove the belt. clean well with brake cleaner, deglaze pullys, then install new belts. while the belts are off its a good time to check the berrings on the alternator, tensioner, idler and waterpump pulleys. just spin them, then try to wiggle them. if theres any rough or dry sound while spinning then they need to be replaced

2006 Chevy Trailblazer Water Pump

lol i just did this its a lot of work but if you want to do it you have to drain the fluids then remove the radiator and the fans then then undo the sur. belt after that you have to use a 3 way puller (inside puller) after that you take off the block cover then mark the timing belt on all 3 gears ( very criticale that the belt gets back in same spot so mark the noch of the belt and the noch of the gear both if not done right you could send a piston rod thrue your block the your car is dead) loosen the timing belt and the remove the 3 bolt to the water pump in the top middle the put the new one in and put everything back together have any ? let me know on Scoobydoousa23@gmail.com

1993 mazda 626 battery goes dead and it overheats

That second Problem IS The Waterpump. As for the First Problem, You may need to replace the Belt and Belt Tensioner. If the Tensioner is Bad it will allow the Belt to slip and will Not allow the Alternator to Recharge the Battery. For that Matter it Could cause the Overheating Also. I would go with the Belt and Tensioner First and see where you are.
