Question about 2007 Lexus ES 350
Replace the battery by opening the sealed unit , and changing with the same type. If the spare one is present try to change the battery in the spare one.
If other wise you must get help from Lexus than to resort to opening manually by removing glass, using a metal blade ruler to slide throgu to release the latch.
decide not to tamper .
