CHECK FUSES..... MAKE SURE VOLTAGE IS GETTING TO THE MOTORS AND SWITCHES FOR THE SEAT...IF SO.... YOUR SEAT MOTOR MAY BE OUT... AND THE MIRROR MAY BE ON THE SAME CIRCUIT. IF ONE QUITS THEY BOTH QUIT. WHICH IS OBTUSE, BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN WIRED IN PARALLEL AND NOT SERIES.
Shoot lots of penatrateing oil on rails Like liqued wrench or blaster let soak over night apply more in morning than work on moveing seat. if they are electric check fuse , check for power at motor if power exists replace motor if seat is manuel and you still cant move it unbolt seat and replace from local junk (recycleing)yard.
you may have something stuck in the runners. they have a cut out switch on them for this problem motor will work but until it moves it will not work properly. a coin or some thing may be the problem. you will need to find it and get it out.
I would check the switch first which is cheap to replace. you cant really test it but just to replace it. If the switch is good more likely you will have to replace the the motor, if it faulty the seat will not move forward or backward. it not hard to replace if you can remove the seat.
if it will not move forward or backwards could be the swith that controls this function or could be in the motor. check and make sure the switch and motor are both plugged up find the plug for the motor with a test light check the connection from the switch to the motor. turn the key on and toggle the switch and see if test light comes on if not could be in switch. then check and see if you have power to the switch. same way
for the power window, check the fuse and relay for same, check the switch by turning on the doom light an then depress the switch, if the light dims then same is working, check the motor by add 12v directly to same. for the heated seats check the switch, its malfuctioning
