Question about 2008 Honda Pilot

Open Question

I had three warning lights come on at the same time. The VTM-4, VSA and ABS lights all came on in my 2007 Pilot. We had just come home from 700+ mile road trip a couple days before with no issues and thelights came on under normal driving conditions. Any idea?

SOURCE: I have a 2009 Honda pilot. has a tapping noise when in reverse.

VTM 4 is a traction control system designed for better traction and fuel efficiency. I'd get it back to the dealer ASAP. There seems to be a coil malfunction in the rear axle. I'd make them fully check out the rear axle in addition to checking out the coil sensors themselves. Best of luck to you!

SOURCE: warning lights srewdriver,vtm-4 and engine light are on

Bring it to a dealer immediately. VTM-4 means the 4WD is off, possibly because of the engine line or vice versa.

SOURCE: purchased certified 2007 crv with 40,000 miles.

Thats why you dont take your vehicle to some kid at the stereo shop without a wirnig diagram to poke around and screw up your car. You should have OK'd the Honda dealer to fix it, and have the manager from the steroe shop pay for any repairs. Sounds like a bunch of parts changers are just replacing parts without testing. Once you buy parts like that, there's no refunds.

SOURCE: 2007 Honda Pilot VSA Stays on with the Triangle

A hazard warning could just mean an oxy sensor...I would inspect the vehicle ft. to back ...check brakes and all ...make sure all vacumn hoses and plugs /wires /and brakes are good. Then disconnect the negative battery cable to reset the system....If it comes back on it is probably just an O2 sensor going bad....meaning oxygen sensor...this is an air fuel mixture sensor which is common to go bad on all cars and trucks......No big deal....Hope this helps ....Metalpoet

My question is on my acura mdx 2003. The left front wheel was worked on and somehow the mechanic damaged the sensor there. I guess the abs sensor. This made the ABS, VSA,VTM-4 and a triangle light came on....

When you clear the codes and the problem has not been fix after 10 miles of driving the warnings return. I am sorry but I am not sure what is causing the indicator lights. Have you looked up all the remaining codes?

Abs /vsa light on

A direct-sensing type Tire pressure warning system is used in TPMS
If the vehicle continues to be driven with 1 or more of the 4 inflated to a low air pressure that could cause problems during driving, this system will illuminate the tire pressure warning light to inform the driver of the low air pressure.
In addition to that, this system directly senses the air pressure of each Tire through Tire pressure warning system valve & transmitter that are attached to each wheel.
Before you could proceed you are required to please retrieve the error codes and freeze frame data to get to know about the problem.

Service code B136

The service codes are user-unfriendly and the key is to understand that they are geek encoded. The code B136 is actually 4 codes: B,1,3,6 and spelled out: ***B*** Replace engine oil and oil filter Inspect front and rear brakes Check parking brake adjustment Inspect these items: Tie rod ends, steering gear box, and boots Suspension components Driveshaft boots Brake hoses and lines (including ABS/VSA) All fluid levels and condition of fluids Exhaust system Fuel lines and connections ***1*** Rotate tires ***3*** Replace transmission and transfer fluid ***6*** Replace VTM-4 rear differential fluid
