Make sure that it is an electrical issue or a fault in the cylinder.Remove the plug in cyl 3 to check signs if ignition. If the plug connected externally to test for a good intensity spark. If not check the HT cable to the distributor.Have a compression check of the cyl3,If oils smear is noticed on plug then it must be checked for oil ring failure in this cylinder.

Why does my Bmw 320i goes 100% but when stoping at a stop light for about 15 seconds the car revs start to change and when i pull off it fells like the car is riding on 3 cylinders, i then stop turn the...

Replace spark plugs and look at coils. Sounds like a misfire at idle. Car is trying to keep idle high enough with 1 or 2 cylinders misfiring. Car compensates then revs up as the cylinders catch and run again. These cars often have bad coils. Scan car and look for codes 301 through 306. Replace all plugs and if misfire comes back then replace the coils on the cylinders that occasionally misfire. Look at boots and spring wires on coils and replace coils that have bad boots.

04 DODGE Ram hemi cylinder 3 misfire

Check engine compression and compare. then test running engine compression most engines have about 130-170 cranking compression and about 90-110 running compression. OR bring that cylinder to its Top Dead Center compression stroke apply air to the cylinder and check to see where the air is going open throttle plate bad intake valve, from exhaust pipe bad exhaust valve, from oil cap piston rings.

What will a tahoe run like if my cataylic coverter was stoped up

There will be a noticeable lack of power. Depending on the year and engine size you could have two cats, one for each bank. If one of these becomes plugged it can set misfire codes for one bank of the other (cylinders 1-3-5-7 or 2-4-6-8)

I would go with the ones autozone gave to you.then I would check the coil packs for those 2 cylinders and see if that's the problem. If that ain't the problem then I would check the crank sensor
