Your timing belt may have snapped!! When this happens, there is no compression preventing the engine to start up. Because there is no compression, the engine spines easily. Remove upper timing belt cover and inspect the belt. If broken, replace the water pump belt and tensioner pulley $400-$650 job!!

As with any no start problem, have you checked for spark at the plugs and normal fuel pressure at the injectors ?
Does it crank with normal compression ?

It sounds like your ignition coil has failed. Failing this check your leads.

1992 Toyota Celica wont start when hot?

When it's not starting, you need to perform the basic troubleshooting steps to narrow down the possibilities. Check fuel pressure, check for sparks, etc. See tips at the link below.

1987 Toyota Celica won't start.

make sure its gettin spark, fuel, and air.. in any piston drivin engine there are four strokes...intake(air and fuel are sucked into the compression chamber) compression(where the intake stroke has hit bottom dead center and started back up, compressing the air and fuel) powerstroke(at the top of the compression stroke the spark ignites the compressed air/fuel and slams the piston down hence "power stroke" and last but not least Exaust(once the powerstroke has hit bottom dead center "bdc" it then begins its return to the top pushing out the exaust gasses) and then the cycle repeats itself..

93 celica won't start

On my 89 gt it would die going down the highway at 75, it ended up being the throttle position switch. As for not starting I'd look into the ignition. Mine went out and Ive bypassed a push-to-start button through the firewall because I don't even want to deal with the steering coloumn.
