You need a new repair shop. Hope that wasn't a dealer. Don't want to know that, spare me.
They need to see if a scanner can communicate with the door module. Assuming you have one, and that sounds as though, what your referring to.
If they found issues in the A pillar,e.g. left window post or frame,it would have been taken care of,or why mention it.
Did you get it back not working?
Only A pillar wires would be for overhead console feed?
If scanner can not actuate window for any reason, you go to wiring diagram and work through the various circuits pertaining to windows, locks etc.
They may not have a data base they subscribe to,so no wire charts, or don't want that type of work,it takes too long to figure out and don't feel comfortable telling you how many billable hour it will take. That is most every vehicle owners problem. Shops can fix these things, but can't charge for it. If they spend the time ,they go out of business.

With the list you have, I would think broken ground wire in the rubber boot from the A-pillar to the door on the driver's side.
I have seen this one a few times ( not chronic but happens ).

It is a black wire in the door to a-pillar harness. SWAG at why the window worked when open part way, the wire touched at that one time, and pulled back apart again.

MY FRONT WINDOWS WORK PROPERLY AND THE WINDOW LOCK IS OFF AND THE REAR PASWSENGER WINDOW WILL ROLL DOWN BUT WILL NOT COME UP AND THE DRIVER S REAR WILL NOT GO DOWN OR UP NO POWER AT ALL

Most likely there is a broken wire between the drivers door and pillar. You would need to cut open the rubber boot between the door and pillar and check the wires. When wires get flexed a lot, they tend to break. You would need to solder the wires back together rather than using **** connectors.

Both doors on right hand side won't open anymore (manually or with remote control) How can I open them? Fuse is OK

You have 4 doors with 4 electronic modules. Front doors have "master" modules and rear doors have "slave" modules. Master modules are called DDM and PDM - Driver Door Module and Passenger Door Module. These modules communicate directly to the main computer via CAN bus.

But module in the rear door communicates only with the module in the front toor on the same side of the car via LIN bus.
So if the CAN communication channel is broken (wires may get broken where the doors are attached) then on that side of the car doors will not lock/unlock anymore, interior lights will not turn on, windows can't be opened and closed anymore from the remote control on that side of the vehicle. You may just repair the wires.

The other, expensive option is, that DDM or PDM electronic module is dead. Then take it to the shop for repair with the new module...

Short in electrical system

The electrical wires going to the power windows and speakers and locks all go through the A pillar and into the door down by where the hinges are at. When you open the door you will see what looks like a boot between the door and the A pillar, this is where the wires run through. After a period of time these wires inside this boot can become chaffed or broken and can short out and cause the problem you are having. You need to open the door and pull the boot towards the door exposing the wiring. You will need to inspect these wires very carefully and check for chaffing or broken wires and repair. The hardest part is finding the bad wire on this job. You might have to remove the drivers side kick panel and look where they come thru the A pillar. Hope this helps.

Passenger side dead.

Sometimes the harness at the front door will get a wire break in it. Try working the window switch on the passenger front door (ignition on of course) while slowly moving the door open and closed. If it starts to work, Jeep has repair kits still I believe where you can replace just the harness between the body a-pillar and door.
