Once the tire is removed you need a set of HEX sockets with ratchet and a C-clamp to compress the cylinders with one old shoe between the clamp and cylinder.Hope this helps..........Make sure to apply energ brake and block rear wheels front and back.

Have a 1994 dodge caravan, I need to know on the front brakes where or how the brake pad separator goes.


A brake pad separator is a tool that you use to seat the caliper piston, I use a c clamp for that, on the front.
If the part is a thin metal piece, put it on the backside of brake pad. I can't see anything from here.

No. It is only held on by the lug nuts. If it is stuck you may need to hit it with a rubber mallet, or use a block of wood and regular hammer.
