Question about 1998 Mitsubishi Galant
My mitsubishi is having troubles maintaining an idle when completely stopped. If it is in gear and going it is fine, but once required to stop at a stoplight the car's idle usually goes so low that it dies. It restarts fine and will work if you maeuver your feet to keep pressure on the gas while stopped. I was wondering what might be causing this and if there is a way for the monitarily challenged to fix it.
It could be something simple as a wire or lead off under the bonnet or vacuum hose even a vacuum switch if all else fails get a free quote
