The codes you describe indicate that there could be a problem developing in the transmition with the exception of the P0454 code which is a problem with the evap system.
You should probable take it to a shop you trust as their are some who will throw out a bunch of code numbers knowing most people wouldn't know what they mean and charge them an outrageous price for a simple repair.
I recommend that people purchase an inexpensive code reader and read the book that comes with it, then when they have a problem they will know if they are about to be taken to the cleaners or not. You can purchase a code reader for around $50 at most discount stores and it could be the best money you've spent in a long time.
