How to replace the grill in a 1953 Chevrolet Pick Up Truck?

Gee Candy, usually just unbolt old and install new. Seems some of these had rivets holding them in which must be drilled out, then replaced with button head bolts. Use black ones to hide the repair.

I looking for black girls

I presume that you meant that you are looking for black grills. If you are looking for black girls, you are on the wrong website.
Most folks sand and paint the grills they have, but you can buy black grills of various styles on Bavarian Autosport website.
