The most common problem is that theres preasure on the lock, turn steering wheel hard to left and then right while trying to try the key, this will release preasure off the lock if this is the problem, good luck, hope this is helpful.

All you need to do is turn your steering wheel to the left all the way till it stops then put your key in while still holding the steering wheel to the left, turn the key to the on position this should release your steering wheel!

try to spray inside the key lock cylinder (the place where u put ur key ) by PB puster or WD40 then turn the steering wheel lift and right with try to turn the key to position on
