I have a 2008 Subaru WRX that leaks water inside every time it rains. The water also pools somewhere in the body of the car creating a washing machine sound when I drive. Anyone hear of anything like...

hi i have had this problem before it turned out to be the interior heater radiator coil under the dash it had a hole in it causing water to pool in the car and causing the heater to **** in air causing the heater to sound like you mentioned i would give that a check first, the radiator is under the dash either on the passenger side or near the middle as some models changed position

What does the diagnostic code P2181 mean on a Subaru Impreza WRX?

this is a coolant performance code. Usuallly sets this code if the connector was left unhooked to the coolant sensor or the thremostat is stuck open. By any chance do you have a gauge that seems to be on the cold side ??

What are the clyinder head bolts torque wrench settings for a 1994 subaru impreza wrx

Impreza torque settings MUST be done in the correct sequence, its critical when re building.
If you have a local garage who are friendly with, ask if they have autodata. If so they can print you a torque sequence and settings.

Indicator lights stuck on front and back on one side of my sons subaru impreza wrx 2003.Any help gratefuly recieved .Many thanks Ralph.

so flipping the indicator switch doesn't affect the signals lights? It sounds like the electronic flasher module has gone bad. This will be located under the dash near the steering column (don't know exact location as it varies on car). The unit will be labeled

Need to change clutch on a subaru WRX 2-1994 model

no it does not, the wrx has its throw out bearing attached to a shaft that needs to be removed before you seperate the trans from the engine. you will see a access plug on the drivers side just below the starter, remove the plug with a 10mm hex to gain access the shaft, install a 6 mm by 1.0 bolt into the threaed portion of the shaft and slide it out,the throw out bearing is attached to the pressure plate with a large cir clip, make sure the throw out and shaft are reinstalled on the trans before it is installed, when it is, push fork while standing in front of the car to attach the the throw out bearing to the pressure plate, good luck!

Subaru check engine light

Under the steering column there are two clips, clip them together and your subaru is in diagnostic mode, turn your reds on and you will get a series of flashes, count the slow flashes, thats your first number then count the fast flashes and thats your second number so * * * * ***** would be fault code 45. Find the fault and fix it then disconect your battery and turn your lights on to drain the power from and reset your computer. disconnect the clips and connect battery and the check engine light should be off.
