Wash the crank filter out in gas,then see if the situation improves....
you havnt overfilled the oil have you OR is the level too high cos its got water in it .....??

Why is motor blowing oil and dipstick out


You have a problem with the rings that seal the combustion chamber from the crankcase .
Try replaceing the PCV valve but I think the problem is much bigger then that at this point its kind of late the damage it done .

Oil dipstick breaking


Most likely it is not. There should be a PCV valve that lets the pressure off, if it is bad or missing, that would cause the crank case to build up pressure and blow oil out. First though be sure that there is no leaks in the heads or gasket and that there is not too much oil in the engine. The dipstick tube should not extend all the way into the oil reservoir and let oil out.

Sounds like your piston rings are bad causing excessive blow-by ...meaning your power is going around your rings and building massive crank pressure and using your dip stick housing as if it were a pressure relief valve ...motor needs to be rebuilt by an automotive machinist.

blow-by from a burnt compression ring or the oil is overheating for some other reason. check you positive crank case ventilation valve, and do a compression test to see if you have a dropped cylinder.

HOW TO CHANGE OIL PAN ON F150


Hi. Here's the procedure on how to change the oil pan.

Things You'll Need:
Drain pan
Crescent wrench
New oil filter
Oil filter wrench
Socket wrench
Socket set
Razor knife
Putty knife
New oil pan
Oil pan gasket
6 qt. of oil
Clean towel

    Draining the Oil
  1. 1 Locate the oil pan directly underneath the engine. The oil pan will be held on to the bottom of the motor by 16 to 18 bolts. The drain plug is at the bottom of the pan.
  2. 2 Loosen the drain plug with a crescent wrench. Allow all the oil to drain in to the pan. Tighten the drain plug when the oil is through draining.
  3. 3 Unscrew the oil filter with an oil filter wrench. Place the oil filter with the waste oil.
  4. 4 Rub new motor oil around the gasket of the new oil filter. Pour 1 qt. of oil in to the filter.
  5. 5 Screw the filter to the filter housing with your hands. Do not wrench-tighten as this will strip the threads and make removal of the filter difficult.
  6. Replacing the Oil Pan
  7. 1 Locate all the bolts holding the oil pan in place. There will be 16 to 18 bolts.
  8. 2 Unscrew all the bolts with a socket wrench. Lower the pan to the ground. If the pan is stubborn, tap it with a rubber mallet to loosen the seal from the gasket.
  9. 3 Scrape clean all the gasket material around the bottom surface of the motor. This will ensure a tight seal with the new oil pan.
  10. 4 Place the new gasket around the new oil pan. Raise the oil pan to the motor and screw in all the bolts. Do not tighten the bolts until all are threaded to the bottom of the motor.
  11. 5 Tighten the bolts with a socket wrench. Ensure that all the bolts are tight.
  12. Adding the New Motor Oil
  13. 1 Open the hood to access the engine compartment. Unscrew the oil filler cap on top of the crankcase. Pull the engine oil dipstick from the tube. Wipe the dipstick clean with a fresh towel.
  14. 2 Pour in 5 qt. of oil in to the engine crank case. Insert the dipstick back in to the tube and pull it back out. Check the oil level against the markings on the dipstick. Fill at 1/2 qt. intervals until the dipstick indicates "Full."
  15. 3 Start the truck and allow it to run for five minutes. Allow the truck to sit for an additional five minutes to allow the oil to drain back to the oil pan.
  16. 4 Check the oil level again. Fill if necessary, but do not overfill.

Your PCV valve is usually about a $2 part and is suppose to keep oil out of this tube. Follow the tube back to the valve cover and the PCV valve should be there.

Excessive blow by could also cause oil to get into this tube. The blow by is usually caused by worn piston rings or valve guides. The compressed air/fuel mixture or exhaust pushes past these areas and make it into the crank case. Usually if you have a lot of blow by, you'll see your dipstick tube popped out a bit too.

PCV valve is cheap and easy to change... I'd give it a try.

My heat stopped working my cars blowing smoke out of the muffler and my temperature gauge is past hot but the carrs engine isnt smoking


if theres smoke coming out of the exaust then the motor is smoking. sounds like you have a blown head gasket and it's low on water is why the heat isn't working.

Sounds like the engine can't breath,
make sure pcv valve is good,or oil cap is vented.
your engine is building up pressure and has no where to vent,so it blows the easiest thing,the dip stick

What engine? The oil level is good, not to high? If yes, it has too much crankcase pressure. Change the PCV valve and check the crankcase air filter. Also make sure you have vacuum at the PCV.

Oil is coming out of my air filter on my 1986 cabriolet vw


How many miles are on it? Check and clean the crank case ventilation (from the top of the valve cover to the air filter box) if there is a pcv valve check it and you may have to clean it. If not you have blow by some of the compress is going around the pistons into the motor and blow the oil out.
