07 town car...after I drive my car for a while...it smokes a little when I cuts it off plus I hear a bubbling noise

bubbling noise is the radiator boiling. If you have a viscous fan hub the have it replaced as the engine is getting too hot. When you stop an engine thee is still heat being transferred from the combustion chambers into the coolant. When the engine temp is close to boiling , this heat will cause the coolant to boil when you shut the engine down

Bubbling noise after driving for 5 mins or so

Sounds to me like you've got to open your heater control to full hot and allow the coolant to circulate. You may have some trapped air in the system. In the past, I've even "bounced" the car a little to help speed the process. Check coolant level before and after.
Let me know how this works out.

My heat will works sometimes; sometimes it will not. Is it the thermostate not opening? I just spent $2300 getting in serviced with timing belt, etc in July ... I should have mentioned the heat problem but...

The heater should work even when the thermostat is closed. You cannot hear the thermostat. It opens very slowly. If you hear bubbling noises, you probably have air in the system that needs to be bled out. You may also have a leak. Something you can try is to get some coolant, park on a hill, let the engine cool. Do not remove the radiator cap while the engine is hot. When it cools, add coolant with the engine running. This will help burp air out of the engine.

Coolant bubbling in resevoir

I assume the coolant is not actually boiling and that the coolant is bubbling even when the engine is relatively cold. If so this would indicate a blown head gasket. Exhaust gases are escaping from a cylinder into the coolant passageways at the head gasket junction

Your coolant level is low, and you hear the coolant taking up the vacant areas....bubbling...due to low coolant.

Dear sir when ever i drive long distances and shuts down the engine i can hear the radiator bubbling.

Thats not necessarily a problem. I'm assuming your not overheating while driving. The bubbling sound you hear is most likely thr sound of coolant bubbling into or outoff the overflow tank. If you losing coolant, however, you may have a leak. Next time you park and turen the engine off cxheck underthe car and see if any coolant is leaking.
