Remove the Glove box and the lower panel then disconnect the electrical connector to the fan motor and remove the 3 5.5mm screws holding the motor and the motor slides downward and out.

Sounds like resistor...plug in bottom/side of blower motor usually behind glove box...may b able to reach it go in under glovebox

you have a short to power which will cause it to stay on constantly check your blower motor resistor pack to ensure that it is working and check the wires going to the blower to make sure you have a power and a ground
