The headlight system in your car is set up for that car ... There is no way to retrofit a screw in style bulb for your car... unless you have enough money and time... in which case ; Most anything can be done ....

Dim lights on 99 camaro are not working - fuse is good

When one side of headlights go out dim or high, it can send the extra power to the working headlight burning it out too. This usually happens if the headlight bulbs are both old. Try changing out both headlight bulbs first, as this is the easiest and cheapest fix.

How to replace headlight on a 1997 chevey camaro

You will need a torx wrench to be able to replace your headlights. There is bracket that hold your headlights on. Unscrew the 4 screws (2 on the bottom and 2 on the top) of the bracket and pull the bracket off. Disconnect the wires from the old bulb.
Once you get the new bulb screwed in make sure to check the level located on the bracket is at it's optimal position.

Replace headlight bulb--unplug from bulb--is there--95 sub-1500-l

Not sure for your model but most press in lightly and turn one way or the other about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Never force it though as you might have to replace more than you want.

ive had 2 camaros and both did this. remove the headlight and take the bulb out of the back of the sealed beam. be careful not to break it as its glued in, but it is possible. just be gentle and patient. replace the bulb with an aftermarket 9006 bulb (hi beams are 9005) and silicone it back into the housing. i haven't had one burn out yet after doing this
