Whith the engine running and the vehicle parked bush on the steering wheel to activate the horn while rotating the steering wheel at the same time. If the horn beeps at certain points in the steering wheels rotation than either the clock spring has gone bad or the horn contact button has gone bad in the multi-function switch.

How do you fix horn button in 2004 Chevy malibu

You would need to check the circuits at the relay.
The horn pad grounds the relay to make the horn blow.
You should have power at the relay, and a ground from the horn pad when it is pressed. The third wire goes to the horns.

Could be multiple things. I don't think I would go straight for the horn though. Do you have any other issues such as cruise control not working? Check the horn fuse and if that's good then the clockspring

2004 Malibu Maxx keeps blowing horn fuse. Works when I replace fuse for about 6 times. Horn itself feels touchy as in only works when pressed certain way. Shift paddle on side of shifter also does not...

Try disconnecting the horn itself from the circiut, hold the horn button on for a while,if the fuse no longer blows,it's a safe bet the horn itself was the culprit,if it still burns the fuse, the wiring or clockspring are shorting out

Horn on my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu won't work. Fuse is good and relay is working properly. Where is the actual horn?

If its like my 99 Chevy Lumina, its behind the front bumper, passenger side. You'll have to take the whole front bumper off. Stupid I know. But thats how Chevy made them.
