Check the cambelt/chain hasn't broken.

I want to know on Daewoo Lanos 1998 1.6 16v I do not have spark but I have power on 4 pin plug is my coil pack faulty? How can I test it?

You have to have the pulse from the crank shaft sensor to get spark. this being said it is possible that it is your crank shaft position sensor.

If the crank sensor is bad you will not get any spark. The PCM does not know the engine is turning with no crank sensor signal so it it does nothing.

What else is it doing?

No spark

No spark from coils the triggering is create by the crank shaft sensor then to ignition module then to coil.

Spark is created by the ignition module and crank shaft sensor remove distributor cap and use a logic probe red led shows positive voltage green shows negative voltage. the crank sensor has two wires with key on touch the leads and find the power side then have someone crank it over logic probe should flash a yellow color or toggle green red (2 bulb model) that shows a good sensor replace module. stays red then replace sensor.

No spark from the coil, I have replaced it and the moduel, the wires, plugs dist, cap rotor cap, cam shaft sensor, crank shaft sensor. still will not start up. Check for spark at coil no spark, What else...

Your either not going to believe this or hate me for it. Your ECM has a "cold start" circuit with a special set of commands to start the car when cold. It might have lost the command to fire the coil.

Replaced harmonic balancer, and crank sensor on this car which ran before that now back together it wont fire up. There is spark wires are good when turning it over it sounds like it backfires or something...

When installing a crank shaft sensor, you need to use a "gauge feeler" to set the gap for the balancer. It should be spaced about .24 - .26 hundredths of and inch. If you do not have this tool, nor can not obtain or purchase one, you can use a match bood (open, flat part, folded over).
DO NOT try to start car until this is gapped or you will damage the sensor and will have to purchase a new one. I learned this the hard way on my Buick Centry LImited.
Also, if you have properly gapped the crank shaft sensor - you may need to replace the cam shaft sensor, which should located just above the crank shaft sensor.

No start new crank & cam sensor no power to either sensor

Crank shaft sensor has a clearance specification. It controls the timing. the sensor on the head is an anti knock sensor and won't keep the engine from running. Good luck

Cranks but wont turn over

you know. i took it to a mechanic and actually.... The timing belt cut the Crank Shaft Censor... So it was the crank shaft censor again. The wires were routed wrong from the first mechanic that "fixed" the car.
