Please check the cluster connection and the link to the dash, use a multimeter to check the power to the dashboard. checkfor the +12 and the ground to the board, hope the park lamps are working.
If not there canbe a break inthe harness, or a break in the dash circuit.

Think a relay also might have gone on you also. See if theres one for insturment cluster. Just exchange it with the horn relay.let me know if it solved the problem.

Have you checked wiring harnesses that attach to cluster ?
Also check main ground wires that are part of the cluster.

How do i get the insturment cluster and tail lights to work on my 98 accord?

you have to check the fuses to fix the instrument lights and check the switch in the top of the pedal brake for fix the tail lights.

Have a light on,on my insturment panel and dont know what it means? Looks like a tire! Also Idels rough when first started?

Dont know about your cadillac but it maybe telling you you have a low tire my wife's subaru has the same thing that tells you a tire needs air check them and put air in the lowest one see if the light goes out. Cant help you with rough idle it may need a tune up

I dont know if this is a fuse problem or bulb problem: 1. no parking lights in front on sides 2. no turn signals inside or outside 3. some insturment panel not lit. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE ?

Those cars have bad light switches....try to pull switch out real easy and watch your dash lights they will come on in the sweetspot and that is a recall fixed for free I believe! Good Luck!

While at the junk yard pick up a used insturment cluster . Cost about $20 bucks .

No dash lights work park and netural symbols light up dome light works gas light works,tach,gas hand but no dash lights

all the lights are controled by one fuse, check owner manual and locate insturment cluster fuse, check to see if it is blown.
