Blown fuse 7

I would trace the fault first. Could be a shorted chafed wire. Could be the motor, not very likely though, they usually go open circuit, unless you mean the compressor in which case it could be jammed.

WHY DID MY AC COMPRESSOR STOPPED WORKING AFTER PULLING AND CHECKING FUSES UNDER THE DASH AND OUT UNDER THE HOOD??

If it failed once, it can fail again if you do not fix the problem that caused the failure. It is rare that a fuse will be the cause of a problem as it is usually. It can be that the A/C is cycling too much because of a low freon charge.

AC isn't working

when a fuse keeps blowing it can only be one of two causes. either the consumer is loading the circuit too much due to a bearing problem or rusty component, or there could be a short circuit to ground. disconnect the blower motor plug connector and turn your a/c on like normal. if it blows the fuse again, replace the blower fan motor. if not, start checking the wiring for any exposed copper that might touch the ground-negative.also inspect all the plug connectors for water damage and corrosion.

No ac nd my fan stop working completely

Fuses blow because of higher than normal amperage in the circuit. Not sure what circuit the blown fuse is for but if it is for the fan the fan may be shorted therefore blowing the fuse. If you put fuse in while the ac was still on try shutting off the ac then putting the fuse in. See if it blows then if it doesn't then turn the ac on and if it blows you have at the very least isolated the system at fault.

My AC Switchs wont turn on but the ac is fully charged and the fan works changed the thermostat and still the ac wont work..please help!!

The Thermastat has nothing to do with your AC becoming on at all because the Thermastat has to do with radiator fluids going into the engine to keep its high temperatures in check not your AC. You need to check the connection of the switch with a multimeter to see if current is getting to it and it is not then check the fuse for your AC in fuse box so see if this fuse is blowned. If the fuse is blowned tells me that there is a short in the wiring to the AC switch.

2004 VW Jetta why doesnt the larger coolant fan come on

Hmm well that can simply be a blown fuse .. Check the fuse panel under the hood..it can also be the thermostat or a blown fan to check this connect the fan wires directly to the battery... Also make sure it aint your ac fan.. Turn ac on.. If the above fails change the thermostat..

No air being blown when ac or heater is turned on

Relay, switch, fuse or the motor is bad. Check fuse first, then relay, then switch. If all that fails, try the blower motor

When you try to turn the heater on or a/c the heater dont turn on and the ac dont turn on.

More than likly a fuse is blown. The problem isn't the blown fuse but the cause of the fuse getting blown. The blower motors seise and lock up then the fuse blows the blower can get something in it mouse pen dropped thoght defroster. The ballast resiter burns out and then it don;t blow the fuse, Rarely the switch gets unpluged or burnt out but not a common problem. Fuse is 30 amp green.

Ac fuse is busted I believe

If it is the fuse, then figure out which component tripped it. It also could be the switch. Another thing to check is the compressor. If it is going bad it will put a huge draw on the system as well.

Ac not blowing cold air

either you are out of refrigerant (means there is a leak) or the fuse is blown for the compressor clutch circuit. check your fuse box for any blown fuses first, then if your a/c is R134a get a gauge kit and check the pressure if you can get it to turn on. it should be 25-35psi. if your car is the older R12 system you will have to have it retro-fitted.
