Where is the heater module located on a 2004 Buick LeSabre Limited? I just changed one on my 1999 GMCSierra and assume the same issue here with no fan on heat or A/C.

The blower control module is located on the right of the blower
housing, under the right side of the dash.

Have 1999 buick lesabre limited turn signals do not work . Have airbag and steering wheel removed but cant get past there help

if turn signal does not work, check the bulbs and the flasher. The flasher should be located under the dash near the steering column, but it's not necessary to take the steering wheel off unless the turn signal switch itself is bad.

Seat Heater won't work

I have found that is the grid fails the light will not light, it is not just a switch, it also has a timer circuit in it, when the grid burns out it will in most cases short out, this destroys the switch module, so both will have to be replaced to correct your problem. I base this diagnosis on 30 years of new car dealer work as a technician.

First place to check would be a fuse.  See if there is one labled security or alarm.  If there is try changing that.
