misfire on 8? Sounds like the coil pack is bad. but depending on how many miles you have change out sparks as well. Only change the coil pack thats bad. i have a video on youtube changing sparkplugs 7&8 on a 99 f-250 that might help you out.

2004 ford f150 washed truck come home will not start cranks stumbls and turns off. cant pull codes link error at scan tool ? 5.4L

If you washed under the hood, then you might have shorted the igntion system. Open the hood and let it dry, if you have air available it would help to blow thw water out of the sparkplug holes.

Changed out spark plugs on my 2004 F150 5.4L 3v with no problems had to remove computer put all back now it idles low in drive @ 600 RPM Will it retrain itself or is there another problem?

It may recalibrate itself. The computers recalibrate every 1,000 miles. Also, because of the unique sparkplugs in these engines there may be some fouling or you may have made a mistake in the replacement process. If it doesn't go away soon take it to a dealership. If you don't you could cause expensive damage to your engine and exhaust systems.
(I know... :/ )

Sounds like there is water trapped in the dizzy cap. Remove cap and dry out, give a quick spray off  WD40 and replace cap. While you are there pull of each HT lead and spray WD4O onto each contact and replace.
