When you say the fuse is good, do you mean the fusible link. 140 Amp? See diagram below. The link is the only thing that can prevent the battery from charging. Check the voltage at the battery with the engine running. It should be at least 14 volts if the alternator and circuit are good.

2001 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 Battery died and Replaced also Starter still no start just loud click from new starter and does not turn over engine but can be push started by pop clutch and runs fine

Assuming you replaced the solenoid with the starter, it may be the relay. If the relay is not making a good connection, it might have trouble throwing the solenoid. The relay should be in the relay box under the hood. You can break the relay open and watch it work while someone turns the key to verify the problem.

My 1990 dodge truck is not charging. I have power on both sides of the internal voltage reg. But one of the leads coming out of the black box on the top of the alternater is not getting power back to gauge...

Very good, you pinpointed where the problem is. Try to replace the voltage regulator or the whole alternator with a new voltage regulator included.

This will fix your problem.

Charging system is not charging. Battery and alternator good. Any ideas?

check the wires for corrotion at the terminals, especcially the ground wire is prone for problems with corrotion, check on both the alternator and the battery and where they connects to the chassis, also check the wires for other defects

I have a 19086 dodge 4 wheel drive 318 engine and it has charging problem i bought new alternater-new battery-new voltage regulator and it still shows no charge

The mechanic should check if there is a loose wire that is not connected to the spare parts being said . then check the fuses if worn out or destroyed then replace them.Since it wont charge it means that there is a wire or fuses that are not connected or worn out.And proper connection should be done .Even though the spare parts are new but the connection is not in or according to the way it should be connected then it will not charge.
