Remove all of the nuts off of the rim, which i assume you already did,if the wheels do not come off then, then a big hammer and a lot of pounding will be required.Do the pounding from the inside of the rim(you may want to alternate from front to rear if the rim is frozen due to rust). You will likely need a 5lbs hammer or larger to free the rims, when you put it back together use a never seize compound, you will be happier the next time you need to take off the wheels.

The rear end of my car is wobbleing anytime i go over 15 mph

check wheel lug nuts to insure both rear wheels are tight. you may have a bad tire on one side or other, have someone watch car from rear when you're driving it to pinpoint the wheel thats wobbling. that will narrow the search.a warped rim may be the problem,if so install your spare and look at used parts places for another rim and tire to install.hope this helps and thank you for choosing

Need to adjust back brakers on 1999 plymouth breeze

I assume your back brakes arent grabbing enough. When you remove the rear drum there is a little adjustment wheel(looks like a metal sproket) located at the bottom of the brakeshoe plate (6 0'clock) that pushes the brake shoes in or outward.Using a screw driver rotate the wheel up or down to move the shoes outward.Test fit the drum and adjust the wheel until the drum fits snug.Repeat on the other side
