Question about 1999 Plymouth Breeze
Remove all of the nuts off of the rim,which i assume you already did,if the wheels do not come off then,then a big hammer and a lot of pounding will be required.Do the pounding from the inside of the rim(you may want to alternate from front to rear if the rim is frozen due to rust).You will likely need a 5lbs hammer or larger to free the rims,when you put it back together use a never seize compound,you will be happier the next time you need to take off the wheels.
