Tips for a great answer:
Jul 06, 2015 | 1998 Buick Regal
Dec 02, 2012 | Chevrolet Cobalt Cars & Trucks
Feb 24, 2012 | 1999 Buick Regal
Feb 20, 2012 | 1999 Buick Century
Aug 14, 2011 | 1999 Ford Taurus
It's most likely a vacuum line, look
under your hood (close to the cowl panel) for a disconnected, cracked
or broken vacuum line.
In some rear cases, it could be the
vacuum switch (in dash). Or vacuum diaphragm (under dash).
Hope this helps you ???
