SOURCE: 89 ford probe keeps blowing
I had the same on my 1992 gt. Wirings to headlight had melted together from overheat/grounding problem. Just behind the headlight inside the cover. Check it!/Jonas-Sweden
SOURCE: ford 1993 probe horn
The horn Button at the steering wheel is simply a switch. It grounds out when pushed causing the circuit to close, routing it though the actual horn under the hood which is sitting there waiting to activate.

SOURCE: my cooling fans and blower have stopped working
Do you have the twin cooling fan set up?one is for the engine and the other is for the AC.these can be replace through the aftermarket parts stores. The blower for the heat/ac can be replaced. You can also test these units if your unplug them from the harness, and use jumper wires to supply power and ground.

Check out your "fuel cut-off switch" located by the windshield washer tank behind the driver's side wheel-well panel in the trunk. It's a small box with a push-button at the top. If the button is "soft" when you push it, that's probably your problem. Replace the unit by removing the washer fluid tank first. The box simply plugs in. Probably about $ 100. I replaced three in my Probe. They rot out, and the car simple dies.
