More than likely you have an overloaded carbon gas vapor storage canister, when u fill up to u top off? if so don't do that and the problem will clear itself, otherwise replace the carbon canister and also get under the truck and look for fuel stains, fuel dripping on metal leaves a very distinctive stain that is oily looking
