Hi!
On Driver Side Fuse Box, under left hand of dash check fuses #10 - 15A, #11 - 15A and #23 -7.5A.
On Engine Compartment Driver Side Fuse Box, check fuses #14 -10A #23 -10A and #22 -15A
These are the fuses that protect the tail gate's lock and window latch circuits.
Good Luck!! Keep me posted!

This is a common problem that the dealers don't even like to mess with. It will require the removal of the inside panel to access the latch to open it. A screwdriver and a pliers will be needed to access the latch handle to open the door. Then after it is opened, you will want to see if the latch is disconnected from the handle. Sometimes the latch needs to be lubricated. Sometimes the latch rod can fall off as well.

Have you had the relay tested? How about the switch to open it? Does the key work to open it? Does the handle open it? Is there a child safety switch? If it's an electrical problem, then check switch, relay, wires, and motor.

The latch motor/mechanism is likely faulty if the rest test out good.

SOURCE: 2004 mitsubishi endeavor passenger rear window off track

Yea its actully quite simple, but expensive. The regulator needs to be replaced. I have already replaced my right rear, but I think my driver side is going out also, sounds like it anyway.
Thank God I bought a third party warrnty and they took care of everything. Zurich is the name of the company. I purchased the one with no deductible. Anyway I wish I had a better solution-but its awful hard to do your self.

You will need to detrim the tailgate and manually access the latch mechanism and release the tailgate and find out the cause of the fault.

Does the 2004 mitsubishi endeavor have an MP3

The 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor does not support MP3 playback or Ipod adapter. You would have to install an aftermarket stereo in the CD slot below the HVAC (A/C) controls.

Today is your lucky day. Get inside of your vehicle to open the lift gate and then open the glass from the inside as well . From the outside of the vehicle with the gate down and the glass open you will see the cover on the glass held in place by two screws. Remove this cover to expose the micro switch for the glass opening handle. You will see a small white connector and with a little patience you can remove this connector. If the glass switch is bad your hatch will now open and your glass should close without having to lock the locks. The switch is a dealer item and goes for around $50 and a bit more dissassembly of window to replace switch/Handle. Happened to me and cost 100 just for them to tell me what was wrong. I used a stick to poke the safty latch for almost two yrs
