Just found it myself on my 2003 Stratus just inside DRIVER'S door on side of dashboard easily found, another major fuse location under hood also on drivers side.

Not likely to cause the switch to "blow". are you looking for the ignition fuse or relay- they're under the dash or under the hood in the fuse/power distribution box!
Check the power distribution box by the battery, or under the hood. The underside of the box cover should show the fuse location and its application. If not there, it would be in the fuse panel in the car. Owner's manual should tell location, if the panel cover doesn't show a diagram.
2003 dodge stratus, plug relay into a/c fuse and the other 2nd end into the other slot. it works fine, but i have to take it out or it will drain my car battery. Is the 2nd end setup correctly?
Not likely a fuse. Fuses don't fix things anyway.
You should order and buy an owners manual. Their not avail from a dealer,never have been.
You can't guess at these issues, without the vehicle.
The fuel pump may have quite or something else in the circuit.
You didn't say if it started up and you are using it,with an on going intermitant problem.
You can find the information in your owner's manual or you might need a repair manual. Both of those may be available for trouble shooting on the website of the auto maker. Google Dodge and see if you can.
The fuses may be in a box close to the floor under the dash. Another likely place is under the bonnet. There will be a label that tells you what is inside the box. Jim Hart
