Question about 1997 Plymouth Breeze
P0700 - Transmission Control System Malfunction.
P1391 - Intermittent Loss of CMP (Camshaft) or CKP (Cranckshaft).
P0725 - Engine Speed input Circuit Malfunction.
P1595 - Speed Control Solenoid Circuit Open Or Shorted
P0320 - Ignition Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
I suggtes take off each sensor and test resistance in everyone (check this measure in the Service Manual), if they are out range,m just replace it.
