If the blower runs on the highest speed setting, a stepped resistor has failed that allows for the different speeds. If it won't run at all and the fuse for that circuit is OK, then either the blower motor, the switch, or a relay servicing it has failed.

Sounds like you have a shorted power wire to ground in your heater circuit.

Will a blower motor from n 03 impala fit a 05 impala

No it wont. You will want a blower motor from a 2004-2011 chevy impala, 2004-2007 monte carlo, 2004-2008 pontiac grand prix or 2005-2009 buick lacrosse.

My heater fan quite working and we could smell smoke

Most likely cause is the blower resistor has failed. Check with your local dealer as it may still be under warranty.

My 2004 Chevy Impalas blower won't come on until 5 or 10 min. Show me how to change the blower, Please

It sounds like a loose connection. When it warms up, the heat causes expansion and allows the circuit to be completed. This could be at the resistor pack / speed control. In any case, you might want to read this discussion:

2004 impala ss the blower moter stop working the fuses are good what next

Try tapping on the motor itself while it is switched to high. It is most likely the brushes may be stuck. Through time it will wear out and eventually need to be replaced.
