Hi this could be the brake light switch under the dashboard just above the brake peddel itself, look under and see if it is broken, or the plunger is stuck in this is normally the reason...hope that helps

2005 Suburban brake signal light issue


Sounds like a faulty turn signal switch. The brake light wire is routed through the turn switch, so it appears the turn switch has gone crazy.

Rear lights, brake lights and turn signals do not


I would check if they also run off of a relay, You could have a wire that is either broke or it is grounding out somewhere.

Check that you have got an earth at both rear light clusters.

Lost brake and turn signals-fuses and bulbs good


the brake lights and turn signals run through the comination switch. this is the actual lever for the turn signals. that is the most likely cause for your problem. check to make sure it's fully connected, if ok it is probably the switch.
