Question about 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier
Changing the light bulb is fairly easy:
Tools needed: Screwdriver and/or pliers
now, first the plastic cover that spans the radiator needs to come off, there are six (6) push clips that can be easily removed with either a screwdriver to pry the tips up and then pulled the rest of the way out either with fingers or pliers (I personally use a wire crip tool as the points get under and grab better) after removing all 6 the cover just pulls off (ends hook under fender)
Then on the side that needs replacing, there is a slot next to the fender, put a large screwdriver (needs to go down around 4 inches) down
and pry towards the car then towards the back of the car and the light should just pop right out, if it doesn't come all the way out just repeat the prying again and should then pop the rest of the way out. [For reference, the 2 white(ish) bolts are what holds in the headlamp for wHow do I replace burned out right turn signal - 8b666a1.jpged service]
Reassembly is just popping the corner lamp back in, putting the cover back on and the push clips in, and you're done!
