If they work once and a while the fuse is not the problem. Once a fuse blows it will not supply power to a circuit. I would be more inclined to think that the flasher or the turn signal switch itself is going bad. Both common problems with GM vehicles.

If you can let us know what year and what model I may be able to assist you further. I can tell you that you can find the flasher when the turn signals are working by listening to where the clicking sound is coming from. It will be a lot easier to locate it when it is working than when it stops working.

I got a 2000 cavalier 2.2 and my headlights stopped working i still have running lights taillights and breaklights .havent had blinkers for awhile .checked fuses all good bought a multiarm and that did...

Relay switches are sometimes located in the fuse panel box or under the hood of the vehicle, look for a 12 to 14 inch long black box, you will have to take the top off and the relays and fuses should be there. Make sure the wiring connections to the lights and other components having problems with have good tight connections. Hope this Helps.

Our 1999 Camry's left turn signal is not working. Every once and while it makes a fast clicking sound, but does not turn on. However, once and awhile it will work.

Sounds like the blinker relay is bad and needs to be replaced. If the lights actually work, even though occasionally then the relay is bad.

My blinkers and flashers all quit working at the same time. Indicator lights in the dash won't even light up. Do flashers and blinkers run off the same fuse?

The do not run off the same fuse but they do run off the same blinker. Try turning on the key, click the left/right (check both) turn signal and then operate the 4 ways on and off at the same time. Work the 4 way switch back and forth 10 to 25 times and see if you get any short winks or blinks from the system.
Turn signals are usually on their own fuse in the glove box and hazard are on with the brake fuse. If this does not work, I would look at the blinker. It is possibly bad. Check each pin of the blinker and see if there is power there when you turn on the 4 ways or turn signals. Replace Blinker. Make calls to parts stores and dealer for location of this blinker.

1996 ford f150 blinkers don't work

Hi, Fuse #7. See diagram of power distribution. It could be your multi-function switch or ele. flasher. MFS failures are more common.
