The fuse panel is on the end of the dash on the drivers side. You'll need to have the drivers door open to get at it. Remove the panel and you will see all the fuses. The windows are usually on a circuit breaker which I have never seen one fail. If your windows don't work there is likely another problem.

How to fix back seat passenger window on my car ?

The gear, that is attached to the actuator that moves that window up and down, may be stripped out or the actuator may be getting jammed at a certain point. The only way to really know for sure is to pull the inside door cover off and watch the actuator when you make the window go up and down. DO NOT PUT YOUR FINGERS NEAR THE ACTUATOR WHILE IT IS MOVING. Just take your time and you will be able to figure it out.

I would check the Maxi-Fuses, you may have blown the main fuse.

2004 Pontiac Sunfire Power Windows Do Not Work Properly

Same problem. I had the driver window go first and then the passenger. You must replace the motors. Moisture has gotten into the motor and rusted parts of it. New motor cost be $55. It took two people (myself and a friend) a good 8 hours to extract old motor and install the new one.
