Question about 2000 Chrysler Town & Country
I have a 2000 town and country and 10 month ago we had the same problem .you have to go to the dealer and change an ignition key lock switch.i think the part was about $100. and the labor (at my mechanic) $40.hope it was helpful

I have the same vehicle and occasionally, the ignition key will not turn at all. I have found that after inserting the key and tapping it with a hard object, like a screwdriver or hammer, it frees it up. It needs a new switch and key, but for now, we just keep a screwdriver in the car.
