Thickness variation in rotors.Better to get them machined than replaced.New rotors are cheap, but will develop the same problem soon.

Ho to tell if my ball joints are getting bad

You could replace to be safe if the car is over 15 years old

You could follow a test proceedure for your car,
which I don't have, and you never said what you have,
and the test isn't of much value anyway, unless the
joint is really worn

Front end shimmey

Tires are out of balance - possible ply separation - front end alignment needed ... could be a couple other things. See your mechanic as soon as you can before more damage is caused.

My 1996 Toyota Previa shimmeys when it is stopped;when

check the tick over speed if its slow, less than 850 950 rpm in gear that why it shimmeys,, the engine is trying to stall in gear,,,if you need to bring up the tick over speed have some body in the car holding the brakes down for you as it needs to be ajusted with the car in gear,,and running yourself over hurts??? the car should just creep forwards with the engine runing in gear with the brake off,,,tickover speed of 950rpm

Most likely your rotors are worn uneven or warped, you need to have them replaced or machined

Shake and shimmey

From what you say you are experiencing, the bush wear should be quite noticeable on inspection.
Possibly too.... the problem may also be the brake discs, giving you a judder ?
Good Luck !
