Your rear tires are out of alignment ... take your car to an alignment shop (not a garage that also does alignments) and have it inspected.

My 98 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP is leaving parallel (front-to-back where the tires are) yellow-orangish stains in my driveway. I can't find any leaks.

Sure sounds like rusty rocker panels. When it rains water at the windshield drains into the rockers and out along the bottom of the rocker panels. If they are showing rust on the outside they are rusted on the inside.

98 Pontiac Grand Prix load front end roaring?

Defective fan clutch, if it has one. With a cold engine only, try spinning the fan blade by hand. If it does not turn freely, the fan clutch is defective. Warning: When the engine is hot, the fan can turn on by itself with the car not running and keys are NOT in the ignition.

98 cavalier abs sensors on back tires. need to take off to see if they need cleaned. can't see how?

I am a little confused...you say 98 Cavalier, but it is posted under 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix???

No matter....In EITHER case, you are wasting your time. The wheel speed sensors are an integral part of the bearing and hub assembly. You cannot disassemble them to do any "cleaning" without destroying them.

could be that you have a broken belt in one of your tires..this will bake a thumping as you drive, the faster you drive the more noticeable it is....check your tires...may need to replace one.

What years 3.1 engine will fit in 1998 pontiac grand prix

Unfortunately it's a (relatively) one year only engine (without major component changes). However, these will fit without those changes:

'97, '98, '99 Buick Century,

'98, '99 Lumina (car),

'98, '99 Grand Prix,

'99, Monte Carlo.

This is assuming that you have an (8th digit) "M" VIN. Off the top of my head.

My 98 grand prix will start, but when I take off, it dies. It will not restart right away. When I try to crank it, nothing happens. No electrical components work. No dash lights, no power windows or locks,...

well if you are sure you had good battery connections... they do have some problems with the power distribution box under the hood... check all the connections around it let me know
