The vehicle wont start by the switch and when i do get it started it runs for about 30 seconds really bad then dies and its flooding

Check that the temp sending unit/sensor is working properly. It could be that it has the computer holding it in cold start mode and flooding the engine. Like the choke is staying closed you might say.

Flooded engine on 2005 mercury grand marquis

Replace the temperature sending unit/temp sensor. With it not working properly, the computer is keeping it in cold start mode and still dumping fuel in after warmed up, causing a flooding condition.

Wow flooding your fuel filter I've never heard that before the inside of the fuel filter is full of fuel constantly so don't really know what he was getting at umm ask your mechanic to check the oil pressure switch/sending unit it is designed to stop the fuel flow if it detects no oil pressure. now even if you are seeing oil pressure on the instrument cluster the instrument cluster and the PCM receive wo different signals from two different sending units

Idles, floods under acceleration/throttle movement

The TBI unit is going to be the route of your problem. Clean and inspect the insides of the unit. Next to the injector is the fuel pressure regulator. Either the injector pressure regulator has failed and is leaking, the o-ring that seals the regulator to the TBI has failed, or because of age and time. The housing itself has oxidized or cracked and is letting fuel leak into the throttle body. There are many different ways that the TBI unit can fail. An unmetered amount of air getting into the engine, low or no fuel pressure, or throttle linkage was sticking or broken, then there would be other symptoms. You provided a great description and list of symptoms. Please, when you have time, take a closer look at the TBI unit and let me know. If you have any other questions please write back and I'll do my best, good luck.

Fluids out when you try to start

double posted, and fluids? you mean FLOODS.
see previous post,
there are other ways to flood any motor.
one other is (iSC /IAC devices are stuck closed) gummed up.
this cause no starting air, no air means flooding.
I cant see your car, and see if starting with 10% throttle solves the flood, but you can.
also WOT cranking, cuts all fueling and can not flood and will start any flooded engine.
but if this still floods, now, that is bad injectors. leaking.
WOT cuts injection pulses dead, and no fuel flows, cranking.
knowing these facts on EFI makes finding causes easy.

My truck runs great for 5 minutes then starts flooding out really bad

Can you tell which injector is flooding ? It could be grounding out when it gets hot. If you know which one I would unplug it to see if it continues to flood.

Where is flood sensor on dodge ram 1500

I am not aware that there is a flood sensor..fuel injection is computer controlled and uses the throttle position sensor as part of the system to meter the fuel..this is usually located where the gas cable connects to the tbi unit on the intake...or opposite side of it..
