Hi! Most likely that you may have a vacuum leak, try checking the engine by opening the hood and check the bottom too then look all the way to the muffler ends, then see or hear a unusual nose. If everything is okey. then you might having some H02 sensor problems. Most of the time some fuse Relay are the cause why you wont get any reading when you try to scan. best of luck..

Sounds like a bad speedometer sensor. Usually located on the transmission. The only way to fix the speedometer is to replace the sensor.
The Variable Speed Sensor (VSS) has failed. You will have to get it replaced. Both are driven by an electrical signal sent to the cars computer by the VSS, and converted to SPEED, and DISTANCE driven.
